How fast can it go?

The Kickbike was originally designed to meet the demanding training regimen and performance criteria of elite European scooter racers.

International scooter races, including World Scooter Championships, are totally dominated by Kickbikes.  However the efficient, easy rolling design means that even average punters can cruise at around 15 km/hour on the flat.

The world’s fastest scooter times have been set on Kickbikes:

¨      10 km in 20 min 18 secs (29.6 km/hr)

¨      42 km Marathon in 1 hour, 20 min 3 secs (31.5 km/hr - Helsinki City Marathon won by Alpo Kuusisto)

¨      Road downhill speeds of 90-100km/hour are achieved by top Kickbikers.

Let’s see if a Kiwi can beat those times!
